Fruit Salad Party

We had our Fruit Salad Party in class on 5th February 2010. All of us brought some fruits to share with our friends. We had mangoes, bananas, apples, grapes, watermelons, longans and other fruits. Ms Yak, Ms Eileen Tay and Mdm Begam also came to help out. First, we laid the disposable tablecloths on the table. Then, we started cutting the fruits with plastic knives. Mdm Gwei reminded us to be careful with the plastic knives when we cut the fruits. After cutting the fruits, we put them into big salad bowls. Then we started eating the mixed fruit salad happily. The fruits tasted so sweet. We loved the fruit salad party and hoped to have more such parties next time.

Our Learning Journey to Changi Airport

P2 Respect went to Changi Airport on 16th April 2010 for our learning journey. When we were at Terminal 3, we conducted an interview with some tourists. It was fun and exciting. We also went to the Visitor Centre where Ms Siti explained to us how to read maps. After listening to the talk, we went to Macdonald for our break. After the break, we took the sky train to Terminal 2. We went to Changi Aviation Gallery at Terminal 2 where we had a close-up view of the aeroplanes and we also saw many aeroplanes taking off. It was a fun day for us.
